Covid-19 Vaccination
Cancelation Update 4/13/21
As you have probably seen by now, the federal government and the state of Michigan have put a pause on the Johnson and Johnson Covid-19 vaccination.
The pharmacy we are working with has suspended all J&J clinics. There is a possibility that we can reschedule a clinic using the Pfizer or Moderna vaccinations, but we cannot commit to a plan at this point.
If we are able to offer another clinic we will post it on our Facebook page.
I am disappointed, but trusting that God is at work in this.
Feel free to reach out if you have any needs, or prayer requests.
Because of Jesus,
Pastor Nathan

We understand there are concerns over this particular vaccine. The Southern Baptist Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission president Russell Moore has written a good article on the J&J vaccine and recommends taking it: Is the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine Unethical? - Russell Moore
The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission also wrote about the same ethic concerns back in 2015 concerning vaccines in general: ERLC | Explainer: Vaccines and aborted human fetal tissue
We understand that Christians of good character will come to different conclusions and encourage individuals to follow their consciences. If you have thoughts and concerns, please reach out to the elder team – we will meet you in love.
