Worship Leader Search

The Orchard Church in Traverse City, is seeking a worship leader to help lead God’s people into a deep place of worship through the music ministry.

We are a growing congregation who enjoys creativity. Our church is a family. Our preaching is biblical and creative. Our mission is to reach our community for Christ.

We are looking for a Christian man or woman who is teachable and willing to teach others. This person should also be in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

Our philosophy of worship music is “honoring the past, while moving to the future.”

The ideal leader will serve alongside the elders and the senior pastor to craft a worship service.
We are praying for someone who is:

1. Competent – is able to play either a guitar or keyboard, and has an understanding of music.
2. Chemistry – is able to work as a team with the church, and believes in servant leadership.
3. Character – is a Christian believer who is growing in his or her faith.
   

While experience is welcomed, we would be more than happy to work with someone wanting to gain experience.

The Orchard Church has a Saturday service at 6pm, and Sunday at 10am.
The position is paying $100-$200 (based on experience) a week.
